Steak Tips
Steak Marbling

When you find cuts of steak with consistent thin fat running through it, or marbling, the difference in this marbling from one piece of meat to another is the key to whether it will be tough or not.

Steak Tips
Basting Steaks

If you are glazing or basting steaks on the grill, note the ingredients of your sauce. Sauces, bastes, and glazes that are rich in sugar should only be applied toward the end of cooking to avoid burning.
