Kentucky Steak Marinade

Delicious marinade prepared from bourbon, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, lemon pepper, fresh ground black pepper, coarse salt, and minced garlic. Perfect marinade for any cut of grilled or broiled steak. Marinate overnight for best results. Discard marinade after use. Do not reserve for basting.

Ingredients -
10 tablespoons Bourbon
5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 clove Garlic, minced
 
Preparation:

1. Combine bourbon, soy sauce, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, lemon pepper, black pepper, salt and garlic in small bowl.

2. Makes 1-1/2 cups marinade.

Soy sauce will last for many months without being refrigerated, however you should be sure to keep the bottle sealed tightly and in a nice light and heat free cabinet or pantry.
