Beef marinade prepared from fresh squeezed, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and extra-virgin olive oil.
1. Mix all of the ingredients in a plastic container.
2. Add the meat and marinate in the refrigerator 8 to 24 hours.
3. When ready to cook, take meat out of refrigerator, drain off all of the marinade and let the meat come to room temperature.
