Steak Tips
Pan-Searing
Pan-searing is a great way to cook premium cuts. Be sure to use a heavy pan or grill that is thoroughly heated and oiled before introducing your steak. Your steak should sizzle as it hits the pan. After researching the pros and cons of each method, you may prefer to flip your steak either once or multiple times during the cooking process, until the steak is finished. Alternately, you may quickly sear the steak on each side before transferring to the oven in which the cooking process will be finished.

Steak Tips
Desired Doneness
You may choose to cook your steak rare, medium-rare, medium, medium-well, or well done according to your preference. Steaks transform from soft to firm as they cook and the inside transforms from pink to brown depending length of cooking time.
