1. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, finely diced onion, fresh ground pepper, and kosher salt to large bowl.
2. Mix together with wooden spoon.
3. Form meat mixture into 6 equal size patties.
4. Wrap a slice of bacon around the edge of each patty.
5. Secure bacon in place with toothpicks.
6. Preheat grill to medium heat.
7. Grill 6 minutes per side or until nicely browned and steak registers internal temperature of 160 F.
