Bacon Wrapped Ground Beef Steaks With Worcestershire

Ground beef mixed with onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Patties are wrapped with bacon and grilled over medium heat.
Ingredients -
2 pounds Ground Beef
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons finely diced Onion
1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
6 slices Bacon
 
Preparation:

1. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, finely diced onion, fresh ground pepper, and kosher salt to large bowl.

2. Mix together with wooden spoon.

3. Form meat mixture into 6 equal size patties.

4. Wrap a slice of bacon around the edge of each patty.

5. Secure bacon in place with toothpicks.

6. Preheat grill to medium heat.

7. Grill 6 minutes per side or until nicely browned and steak registers internal temperature of 160 F.
