Flank Steaks With Mushrooms
Ingredients -
¼ cup firmly packed Light Brown Sugar
¼ teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon minced Fresh Ginger
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 (1 pound) Flank Steaks, trimmed
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
Preparation:

1. Combine light brown sugar, fresh ground black pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh ginger, and garlic cloves in a shallow baking dish.

2. Add flank steaks to dish, toss to coat.

3. Cover baking dish with plastic wrap.

4. Chill 3-6 hours, turning flank steaks occasionally.

5. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade.

6. Preheat grill to medium heat.

7. Grill flank steaks 10 minutes with grill lid closed. Turn, grill 10 additional minutes.

8. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

9. Add mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated.

10. Allow steaks to rest. Cut steaks diagonally across the grain into thin strips.

11. Serve with sautéed mushrooms.
